Last try to download TS2010EE??

I hope that is possible to reach Auran this way, because the other ways did not function. Alway comes the message: adress no longer monitored

I bought last week the program TS2010EE and payed it by PayPal.
Auran send me the serial nr an the five links to download the files.
It was simple, the files 156 349, 156 350 and 156 351 to download, but it was
not possible to download the files 156 243 and 156 252. I can login an when the side arrives with "download here" then can I click on this point. And then nothing ist going on. The message ist downloading, hour by hour and day by day.
My trying to connect auran direct by email - look above.
It is frustrating to pay a program and then noting is going on.
I hope my english is so, that can understand someone of Auran, what i mean

Very Longshot but how much diskspace have you got?

Also just in case there is some PC related problem, have a look in event viewer for anything odd going on, I had a hard drive start to packup half way through a large download it kept trying and said it was downloading but not a lot was happening. Checked event viewer and there were hundreds of delayed write errors showing, turned out there were a lot of bad sectors on the drive, fixed by running checkdsk though I replaced anyway.

thanks for your help. Jofi gave to me an indication to download the files via order history. I did'nt think about this. Two links (the first and the last) in the mail from auran did'nt function. And now all ok.
