Laptop & Wi-Fi: Can you install only part of Trainz such as Content Manager only?

A laptop is unsuitable for TS2010 (not sure about TRS2004 though), so can you install only part of Trainz (in this case TS2010) such as Content Manager on a laptop, so you can download from the NV3's Download station, and then when you return home, just copy the extra downloads over, as I am still unable to download from the download station from home.

I have been unable to download any item that has been uploaded this year no matter who has uploaded the item, and possibly parts of December last year.

I can't even use FTP at home. All I am able to do is download via FTP on a public computer - the slow way.

Unfortunately, no. Trainz has to be installed as one large program, and seperating parts of it may be seen as a violation of the license agreement.

Well do you know if their is anyway to install all of the Trainz program on a laptop with shared graphics, that I can just use the content mananger?

And yes I'm a more than a bit annoyed that I'm unable to download from the download station, unless I gi via FTP, and you know how long that takes.

I do know how long that can take. Meanwhile, it may be possible to do so, as long as the laptop does not have an Intel integrated graphics chip. If it does, forget about using Content Manager on it as Content Manager requires OpenGL, which most Intel graphics chips do not support or include.
