K&L freeware

Hello. I'm looking to build my steam roster so thought about checking out K&L. I figured I would try their freeware stuff first. It appears something is amiss. All show faulty in TS19 and TS22. Problem is they bork my whole install.

The asset red corona looks to be the culprit. Everything that uses it shows faulty. Any idea how to tame it?

Check your assets in Content Manager and change to the Open for edit view, and ensure that the corona asset isn't open for edit. If it is, right-click on it and choose revert. This should fix the other assets too.
In the event that the asst is actually missing, what is the kuid for the corona asset?

Got the Corona's mind right. Had to open it and revert.

Now I have 2:523:1035:1 bigsteam interior shell. It has several VE65 texture .txt file missing errors.

Next up to the plate is 2:116296:25258:1. He is the UK steam fireman v2. He is not himself lately with a bunch of VR65 texture .text errors as well.

I forgot how much fun Trainz can be. Thanks for the help so far.

How can you forget how "fun" this can be?

Try opening and reverting Big Steam and the UK fireman. That might do the trick.

Try a database repair. Thay may fix the problem now.

I had to delete and reinstall the offending assets. All is working well. I'm a bit rusty at this after a decade long break.

Ah....... The joys of broken and missing assets.
