Just bought first class ticket at Simulator Central and......(notting happend)

Just bought first class ticket at Simulator Central and I have idea what's next.
My Planet Auran Profile gives me no code or something.
I've write Auran Help desk and nobody home, I also write Sim Central you guessed it nobody home.
I searching everywhere, I exactly couldn't have find any answer

Can anybody help me?
Someone happen this before?
 
Yes, it was usual year before Sim Central take over the selling of products.
I've looked so many times but there is no FCT to activate in my Planet Auran.
The order is completed by Sim Central, I mean I paid ect (just had an invoice by mail)
But where is my FCT!
 
I bought a FCT at 23:50 hours US EST (using a major credit card) and Bam ... before midnight ... after I clicked "Activate" FCT, I was downloading by midnight.

I am unsure just how fast PayPal goes through
 
Is it showing there on "Your Tickets" page at Planet Auran ?

If it will not click: "Activate Ticket" ... it will still be there, dormant, unactivated, if N3V goes on Chistmas vacation.

Hopefully you will have it working by then.

Submitting a ticket to Helpdesk, they may be able to sort it out.

Do you have all your credit card purchase information documented, as well as any N3V/E-Mail paper trail ?

Check your order history to make sure the sale has gone through.

I think that they just went to holidays, when I submit a help ( to both off them)
Waiting to 7-1-13 is the only way.

There's not normally any problems with FCTs that I've seen (apart from a couple of threads here and there) but most are usually related to failed transactions or not activating them.
