its mainly in the mountains, I have lived in northwestern PA my whole life, and I've gone 25 years without seeing one rattler. garden snakes and copper mouths yes.

Nerver heard of a copper mouth, is that a crossbreed between a copper-HEAD and a cotton-MOUTH(water moccasin)? :hehe:

oh don't get me wrong, i still hate amtrak. the ride was crappy the bathroom smells wafted throughout the whole car and the train was late. but its proto.

and cascade, this is a thread for the JR team to post pictures, I don't know what you are trying to accomplish with your post and pictures, very off topic and intrusive to the thread.

If you want good Amtrak service use the Michigan Services. Almost always on time, friendly crews, and 110 MPH speed limit Kalamazoo to Porter!

Public access area....theres a city sidewalk that runs the entire length of the shops facilities one side. its a shop thats actually in a pretty confined space when you think about it.

I see. Surprising that there's not 10 feet of wire mesh fence obstructing photo-taking endeavors. Relaxed perimeter security is good news for the railfans.
