JR Container loading/unloading problem in TAE SP3

I recnetly made a switch from TS12 to ANE. I loaded the American Intermodal set from JR to ANE. I set it all up and started the seesion and it does its normal loading in 1 minute messaged then gives the message its starting to load/unload. The crane just sits there and does not move. I tried using insta load/unload commands does not work. I tried moving it manualy then telling it to move to the ramp and gives a message saying its stuck. I tried running it without the semi trucks on the ramp and still gives the does the same thing.

I had issues too in TS12 (Build 61422 something) but unlike ANE it did move but didnt hook up to the contianers.

I made sure everything was not open for edit and all the assets were installed/downnloaded.

JR support couldnt help me much.

I'm spent $30 for something that cant function properly and its really frustrating.
