JointedRail stuff [screenshots/renders]

I sure hope so! The speed tree's in it look great, not to mention the great skins! Anyways, decided to tag on a BNSF ES44DC.

Still working on the Clovis Sub?

Nope, that's an old old screenshot! Sooner or later somebody will do some good freeware desert vegetation. Then I'll be back into Clovis like a shot! It's my favourite route and although I have played around with currently available freeware shrubbery on it to my eye it is all just too green...

Andy, Yes I did think about doing that and gave it a go, but as well as losing the strobe light, you also lose the plow and a bit off the nose (and i think im most happy with those bits, lol), I'll keep playing with it and see if I can come up with anything.

With how slow and poor recent Trainz freeware releases have been recently, it will be a decade before Clovis is finished. Sigh* Ah well...

Great job on the heritage units, JR! Honestly, I feel like you guys got the colors more accurate than NS did! Maybe it's just the fact that I never saw a hi-def photo of one of those predecessor roads with a new unit, but your colors there seem to capture the look and feel of the color photographs I have seen. Can't wait to pick these up - excellent work as always!

most of the time i did color sampling directly off of the real thing. i did some minor corrections to account for image lighting, but nothing major.

The real things seem to look more like your models/renderings now after some road grime has gotten on them. I think the roster shots fresh from the shops made them seem too bright! But enough quibbling - time to just admire!
