Socalwb909, how about something based in the east like the Pocahontas or NS Blue Ridge district or the NS Piedmont Corridor from Charlotte,NC to Washington, D.C.
Did I say something wrong????Pocahontas? Blueridge?
What, next you will want to run your N&W J class 611 here with the new Trainz 12 Y-6B class steamer would be pulling coal drags....GP7/9, RS3s, Ex Virginian Trainmasters, and the occasional displaced NKP steamer / diesel all cavorting around the Roundhouse.....
Hmmmm Actually, that sounds awesome..
Hey Joe, here's my vote.
EDIT: Yes, there were railroads before NS/CSX/UP/BNSF.... and they were a heck of a lot better.

Socalwb909, have you considered doing a fictitious Utah Belt route?
Not at all.... I was being partly facetious and bringing attention that there is more to the world of US railroading than the CSX/NS/BNSF/UP blob.
Additionally from what I read, the Y6B is being included with Trainz 12, so it needs somewhere to stretch its legs
Edit: I was agreeing with your idea, just an earlier time period.
:hehe:WARNING THIS PIC IS HUGE, get over it.
