The FP45 (Warbonnet) is noticably longer than an F45 as it has a steam boiler at the rear but as DARTrider said they are all variations of the SD45.

I've always wondered if the SDP40F is longer than the FP45, as there is a larger steam generator section behind the radiators.

Release tbd. I don't have a clear release plan for the FP45 just yet

tbd = To Be Determined. That means he doesn't have a release set in stone yet, it'll come out sometime in the future. So just wait.
