It's an SD40-2, but I think it's CN or CP, BCR's didn't have the snow hoods off of the cab... BCR ditchlights, CN cab...

The snow hoods are really interesting. They show that they were designed for used in harsh, cold climates.

The render that I had posted is actually an 80's era CN SD40. Not and SD40-2 which has some major differences if you look closely. Thanks for the comments though!

Most likely he made it or the vehicles are just static.
If you want a US region use the one from checkrail for the EVWR route.

That Fed Ex truck looks remarkably like one of those static Truck + Pup Combos. Which are static. Though I suppose he could use the model to make a Region.... Those models would look really goofy going around corners though without adding animation for the bending between Cab and Trailers.

Well, for me, it was the red cable at the front pilot that made me think it was a new model, plus the skin. JR's current SD70ACe's didn't have their cables arranged like that.
