There is a spur that cuts out of the this Subdivision in West Las Vegas which leads down to Boulder City (the Hoover Dam) but Barstow is on a different Sub further West out of las Vegas which is UP's Cima Subdivision if my sources are correct, hope that answers your question.

ATSF locomotives used to have the places they were based out of written on the frame. Hopefully this unit has ARN otherwise everyone will have to run them on Joe's or Nikitka's San Berdoo route.
