alright yes I could do the reskins myself but if I pay to have them done I have a BETTER chance of getting them released. Not to mention I am very ill and want to know why I have so much JR? It is because I get the money from my parents about once every other week I get one locomotive if I am good do what I am told and do my choirs. It is like my allowance. I do not think I could convince them to give me $100 dollars. Now for the love of god, can we please move the hell on past this?

I am just hoping that JR re-opens the whole custom content (engine and rolling-stock) commissioning. I have absolutely no time nor patience to re-skin stuff myself and am more than willing to just pay someone to do it for me. Plus, they'd do a better job than I ever could.
