You can reskin ANYTHING if you put enough effort into it. SOmetimes it isn't as easy as just coming up with the paint scheme. Sometimes you have to redraw all of the cabinet and door details too. It all depends on how badly you want something as to how much effort you put into the work.

I dont know how to do cabinet details all that well. Whats the issue wit the dash 9's for me is the main folder is to bright looking.
