Actually it was an SW1200RS with part of a geep hood, but still pretty different from a late switcher cab on an SD38.

Huh, you learn something new everyday then.. I was only going based on the classification that was given on the site I discovered it on.

Which isn't even what an MP2800 is-

It was meant to be a GP38-2 rebuilt with twin 1400hp Caterpillar engines. The /C designation only came from Justins wanting to better distribute the weight, using 6 axle flexicoil trucks. It's still just a GP38-2 frame with an SW1500 cab

SD60Es and SD40E's.....sure they will get made but probably to go with the Pittsburgh Line route one of our guys is doing.

Still working on the cabs for the NS Dash 9s so we dont quite have an eta yet on the releases of the NS ones. Theres 5 or so different types of cabs between all the roads that have them so this is the major project that takes so long to complete, plus we need to give our modeler some sanity time. 24/7 cab modeling drives one nuts....

Maybe a couple, but I doubt all of their locos will be upgraded, as that's not making JR money

I'm not really sure if this is the place to ask but, I think it would be awesome if some one were to make a 26' low side iron ore car, and a Thrall/Trinity 3564 Cu.Ft. Gondola.

Speaking of custom cabs, I must comment on the cabs of the Norfolk Southern Heritage Units. The problem is that the cab view has the cab of the GP60M, which has, what I call, 'teardrop' windows, unlike the ES44AC and SD70ACe, which has rectangular windows. Plus the control stand is not prototypical based on pictures of the cab of ES44AC #8100, the Nickel Plate Heritage Unit. The control stands on World of Trainz's SD70's looks more 'prototypical' than the control stand used currently on the EVO's and ACe's. I must note that appearently Norfolk Southern has specified the older AAR control stand for both their ES44AC's and SD70ACe's instead of the console stand used on previous models.

@jordon- Were aware of these differences but these locos do not come with customs cabs at this time and there really isnt a specific default type that would make the certain parts at least prototypical so unfortunately we used what you see on them. Custom cabs are a very large time investment and its something we may revisit later on the ES44's and SD70ACe's
