JointedRail stuff [screenshots/renders]

Having done some more research and re-read the thread.... I can't find but 3 working "Versions" of #38.... The only other "Version" anyone mentions is the "Display" version which was basically a rusting hulk..... Unless you want to include the Disassembled version?

Found that... I highly doubt ANL is going to rework his model to include an after cab Fuel Tender (Though I can hope. I like #11, and it is slated to be returned to service sometime in the next 20 years, which is amazing for the museum that it belongs to).

BUT, what that museum ALSO happens to have is this:

Weyerhauser #6.

I'll also add the Link I found with #11's history, since its such a unique little piece of Logging Mallet History:

No major modifications will be done to the engine. I wonder what the wizard would say if he was here now. I know he would want at least 2. ANL

Darn you ANL. LOL I'm going to have think about this some more.

I need to get down to your neck of the woods, well, Hood River and get more wine. Always have loved the Gorge, it a beautiful place.

It seams we have a great divide of the minds here. Oh well I'm going to see the engine before it leaves port. ANL

Your Clues for the last time:
It's a real time saver when you have that many answers just given to you. Keep trying other wise you will be defeated, and someone else will have the glory. ANL

Well, I am no expert on logging railroads so I can't really guess at them. By any means, that 2-6-6-2 is a real gem! Still eagerly awaiting the re-release of your UP stuff ANL, whenever it gets done of course.

My last shot and I have to say I'm reluctant to post it as it is so incredibly obvious from the clues given, if in fact it is the correct answer. Never been real good at riddles.
Two versions of Weyerhaeuser #4: As built with the logo under the cab window and name and number on the tender. The second version: In its later years with no logo and the number under the cab window and name and number on the tender.

I type everything in word in Calibri 11 and then copy and paste. I changed it to Arial 11. Hope that helps.

Well did anyone think of something fictional.

The Gorre & Daphetid had 2 of them. One was modified into a 0-6-6-0 by GM John Allen the Wizard.

Well, darn. Never gave fictional a thought, but it all comes together now. The "leaves port" sentence had me looking through the export mallets, but not a lot of information to work with.

I do remember drooling over the photos of John Allen's layout in Model Railroad magazine, it was amazing.

I'm anxiously awaiting the release of these fine machines. And thank you for making me do some homework, even though I failed. :o

Regards
