Jointed Rail Log-In help

Hello folks :wave:
I am doing a complete face palm right now. I know I'm doing something elementary wrong, but I am not able to log on to Jointed Rail website. I know my user name but forgot my password. I click on 'forgot password' and a token is emailed to me. every time i enter the token it says wrong token and I am unable recover my password to gain access. I hope I am not the only one with this problem. Please help, thanks in advance.

i just tried it out and there seems to be a problem with the system. i tried to type it in and copy and paste, all caps too. none of which worked. i would suggest trying to email the folks at jointed rail and notify them on this.

Seems to work okay if you know your password. Perhaps just an issue with the token generator?

yes it works if you know your password, but Mike doesn't. when you get the recovery token in your email and paste it into, or retype it into the verification slot, it says either its a wrong token or the session timed out. There is a highlighted page in my message for email when i get it, so maybe that redirects you to a properly working page.

Yeah, if there's a link in the e-mail, follow that.

Thank you for the quick response. I did follow the link in my Email- but still no log in for me tells me its an invalid ID token

I would definitly email the guys a Jointed Rail then. Others could have similar problems.

We need to do something with the token to get it to recognize. send me an email to support@jointedrail.com with your username and I'll see about getting it fixed.
