It will not commit new sessions with downloaded stuff

Download stuff from DS, new locos appears on surveyor, place them on rails, but surveyor wont create thenew session. Ask me to try to commit with content manager, but I am always getting this:

Task complete
1 error 0 warning.

Whats wrong please?

Depending on how you have CM set up when you download items it may not commit them and if they have not been committed they wont show up or you wont be able to place them.
With CM open cluck onto the tab open for edit see if there is a list or items that are open for edit.
You will need to left click to highlight them then right click and select edit and left click onto commit.
Once you have committed all the files you can then launch and the locos should now be able to be placed, just make sure you have all the locos dependencies or they still wont be available

I can place them in on rails in surveyor. When I try to lauch the session, Surveyor tells me it cant.
