Is "Trigger Multiple Signals" rule still available?

I've been trying to find and download the Trigger Multiple Signals rule. It shows up in a DLS search, but when Content Manager gets through checking my user name, that file doesn't appear. Is it, or an updated version, available in Download Station?

The kuid is-- kuid2:116387:26:1
The author is Maggs
The file name is-- kuid2_116387_26_1.cdp

I have downloaded it from the DLS and use it on my route. It should show up in CM or direct access on the DLS.

I can't find this rule for love or money....do you have to have a first class ticket or something? Maggs has only 3 assets listed , none of which is this rule I'm looking for

It's at build level 2.4 so you have to tick the TRS2004 box.
