Is the server ever not full?

I have been trying to update my assets since christmas. The server is always full. I have sucessfully downloaded about 1 percent of the time. Tranz 2010 deluxe edition. I do not have a FCT and refuse to buy one unless I can be assured that I will be able to use it. I have applied all patches available. Most frustating.

The FCT server can sometimes be down but it does not get 'full'. Post about FCT problems usually relate to the time between buying FCT and waiting for it to be activatied. Most of the time the user will need to do a password change in their profile to activate the ticket

Me 2 I got the TS2010 Deluxe Edition for Christmas and I downloaded some stuff on Christmas and the 26th but since the "server has been full" and it's very annoying.New train users or anyone who activates their serial number should get at least a FCT of 7days or something.

Have you done the password change proceedure and cleared out your download helper list in Content Manager?

(The password change proceedure is to change your password in your Auran Profile (you can use the same one)

I am downloading from the DLS as I type. My temporary FCT ( purchased and registered 12/25 ) expired on 1/1/1011. Had some intermittent problems getting on, and my FCT was only slightly better than now without FCT as far as connecting. Of course speed was much higher with FCT. Seems to me that 7 days is a little short for someone new to Trainz. Even though I had 2006, it had been a long while since I had used it and I had to go through a "refresher" period ( I am old! ) to get going again. Seems to me that a better way for new users would be to set a kb amount for them before their FCT expires. In all honesty, I would probably rather buy my FCT in quantity rather than time, were I to buy one. Just a suggestion.
 
I think the only way for us now is for every Non-FTC person to buy a First Class Ticket to aviod the full servers. :'( Anyway I don't mind paying for SOME of the lovely content on DLS :D. I need a 4MT, 5MT, A4 and 9F but all I get is the server full, and I can't find and cdp files or payware downloads for those classes :(.
 
Auran got the awsome idea of blocking hideously our conections of non-FTC users, just in time of christmas, so we have to buy those damn tickets as gifts for us.... This is only getting angry people, not selling anymore tickets. FFFFFFFF...

Very clever, put the DLS back again and go study economy for your company!!!
