Is Outlook e-mail down (26 June 2014)?

MS Outlook email been out of service all day here in Australia (Thursday 26 June 2014). Every other web page I look at is alright, so my internet is OK, it's just Outlook. Has anybody else had this problem today?

Outlook.com and Windows Live (Hotmail) are working. If you're using the Outlook email client, then the problem lies with your email provider and not the application.

In frustration, I've just searched the net for any news. It appears that there have been long service outages of Outlook mail in the US, Australia and probably other spots around the globe. I guess that means it's their servers or something.. It's OK, they have issued statements that their guys are working to get it back up soon[SUP]TM[/SUP].
