1. tilting,
2. train moving side to side

can anyone please give the link or kuid of them in DLC ??

I believe the only tilting consists available for Trainz are from railwaves which are the Virgin Voyager class 221. That is payware but if you don't mind paying they are very good models.

Railwaves also market the special track that you will need to actually make the consists tilt.

i did set the cabinsway to 6 or 12 but it has no effect, please help i'm i missing something
and i did not find anything called "strength" in CCP ??, where is it ??

The "strength" statement refers to the value of the cabinsway parameter.

Just this evening I discovered there's a built-in (at least in 2010) German (I presume, it's white with DB on the front) train of some sort which tilts, but I can't remember the name now, sorry!

hmm, that'd presumably be a model of the ICE-T (class 411/415), but I don't recall seeing one, there's a ICE-3 (class 403) built-in there (NS ICE-3 1 thru NS ICE-3 8) but that doesn't tilt.

Try DB x72500. There are 2 different skins of it (verkehrsrot and ICE).
