Hello all.
I've recently been toying with the idea of parking 2x Class 323's on the same piece of track in a depot. I've placed two trackmarks on the track and separated the two points where the trains would stop with invisible signals. I've tested it and it worked great! I also tried coupling the two trains together, driving them to the furthest trackmark (all under AI) and decoupling and then manually reversing the rear unit a bit to give it the effect that they've arrived separately and parked under LoS.
My question, however, is this: Is there a command which basically tells a train to drive a certain distance? I'm thinking this...
Couple to 323 > Wait for 10 seconds > Navigate to Trackmark AC Depot Road 3A > Wait for 10 seconds > Decouple from 323 > Wait for 10 seconds > Change Direction > Drive 6 feet (or similar)
This would give the two trains the effect that they had arrived separately, but all done under AI control.
Is there anything available?
Jack
