Insufficient download quota

I have just tried to download Kuid 183046:103503 from the routes section on the DLS.The message on the download read

Insufficient download quota remaining
(required 0k:available 0k)
ERROR.Unable to contact download station.

Could somebody let me know what quota of mb is allowed is it daily or monthly.

If you don't have a FCT you are limited to 100mb per day. FCT is only $9.95 for one year.

Officially without a first class ticket you are limited to 100 mb per month, reality is per day. If you download it using ftp it should come in but then you need the dependencies, and its the more than 100 mb of dependencies that is blocking it from being downloaded.

First class tickets are about $10 per year, the 3 month and six month options are more expensive.

Unless your living in a cardboard box, I doubt if 10 bucks will break you, and it's good for 1 year.
