Installing Trainz UP Content

I'm trying to install content I have downloaded from Trainz UP, But they all come in as .rar files rather than .cdp as they should, I've tried renaming and that didn't work. Can anyone explain what to do?

You will need to use a tool like WinRAR or 7-Zip to extract the files before proceeding.
