Installing Black Forest Deletes Intro to Steam on iPad

We purchase and installed Black Forest. Runs fine. Intro to Steam was deleted by that operation. All scenes/runs with steam loco crash app when attempting to run. Trying to access Intro to Steam again prompts for purchase of something we already own.

Go to extra content paid content and the bottom of screen press the redownload purchased content bbutton this will download and reinstall any purchased extras
