installed items

I urgently need help.Managed to get the downloads from download station right.Why when im in content manager under installed items,There is everything i need in installed items.But when im in surveyor mode,And i click on the buildings tag only a few of those items appear?The same with laying track.in content manager there is a few Chn tracks under installed items,When in surveyor theres only a handfull of tracks,I dont want to use any of those tracks,as the Chn tracks is the closest to South African style tracks.
Please if anyone can assist,Burning to get started to build.

Try this trick. In surveyor, CM, select "region" which will be Afghanistan Then you can either select the region of your choice via the pull down menu or by selecting "clear" which should reveal everything. Alteratively, In options uncheck "show favourite content"

Have you got favorites unticked in the options window?

Either in driver or surveyor select main menu-options, surveyor settings, at the bottom make sure display favorite content only is not ticked.

When in CM always check open for edit. I find that some items are there. RMC on the top one go down to select all then hit Ctrl & M this will commit them all. Why they go there IDK.
