"installed from DLS, faulty"

As the title suggests, I am having trouble downloading the BR 9f 'Black Prince' and 'Evening Star' by LieLestoSbrat. The error that stops it working is:
Image file '9f_eveningstar(or blackprince)_art_icon.tga' is incorrectly used as both a texture.txt source file and a raw image file.

What does this mean and how do I fix it?!

- select the object and 'open for edit in explorer'
- open the file config.txt with a simple texteditor (notepad)
- search for 9f_eveningstar_art_icon.tga (possibly used as a thumbnail)
- change it to 9f_eveningstar_art_icon.texture
- save and close the file
- close the explorer window
- commit the object
Do the same for the other object.
