Installation problem

I've just purchased a copy of Trainz (2006) from my local Morrison's supermarket. I'm stuck at the first hurdle. The setup dialog box is asking for my name, company name and serial number, which I take to be the CD Key on a sticker inside the box. I've entered all the details and the 'next' button isn't highlighted, so I can't move on. Does anyone have any ideas?
 
How is the serial number box(es) appearing? If it's one long box, you need to include the - marks as well.

Thanks Shane. No, it's just one long box, which I didn't expect, given the serial number has hyphens. I've tried putting them in, and putting them in with spaces, with no luck so far.
 
A couple of other things to check:

1.Make sure you are entering the code in capitals.
2.Check for commonly confused characters - like a 5 for a S, or a 0 for a O, or even a 8 for a B etc (and vice-versa)

The next step now is to contact Helpdesk. They can check the serial number and work out why it's not working properly. Use the Helpdesk link above, and follow the instructions to submit a ticket. Although TRS2006 is an unsupported product, serial number related issues can apply to any version.

I do my best, but sometimes it requires intervention from N3V. Serial numbers is one of those things that can result in that.
