Nice cars and bikes :)

here is mine a 1997 Rover Metro 114 as a new driver its gr8 but I don't think I shall hang onto it as long as other Metro owners due to the fact its very low down so that everyone else's headlights are always illuminating the inside.

Never the less I have nicknamed her Silver Link (wonder if I can get the registration to 2509:hehe:) and here she is at Carrog at the Llangollen Railway Patriot gala Saturday 19th April after my longest trip with her (around 140 miles there and back)

Haha, just bought me one of those for my first car at 17, I guess seeing as it's past 12am it was bought yesterday:hehe: . Rover Metro 1993, oh yea, theres a piece of classic British engineering, complete with rusted offside rear wheel arch.:hehe: 0 - 60 eventually, so there to you rich American's with your Mustangs and Harleys, and you greedy payware builders with your midlife crisis and Boxsters:o :) , us Brits know how to drive.

I don't have a pic of my car at the moment, but I own a 2000 TH Mitsubishi Magna Exec LS. I'm hoping to trade that for my parents 1996 VS Holden Commodore Exec and get that traded in for a Subaru Impreza sometime later this year.

Hi,
We owned 2 Metros, don't ask me why we bought a second one after the first experience! That almost fell to bits with rust and failed the MoT everytime it went for one. The next wasn't a lot better - so be warned...

We moved to French cars after that and they are brilliant, owned them for 11 years now.
I felt a sneak changing because I tried to support the British car trade but having cars fall apart with rust was getting past a joke.
