In Content Mgr-2 - Disabled Items?

What does it mean in Content Manager-2 when an item is marked Disabled? I try to download it and at the bottom I am told the Server Is Full. I can download items not marked disabled. Confused?

I went to Download Station later and downloaded the same items ok using the Download Cart. Still confused...

Only installed content can be marked disabled. If you have an item that is marked disabled it will have a red circle with a red diagonal thru it in the first status column. To get rid of it, right click it and select disable\enable.
