I need the trick to loading commodities onto flatcars.

I have this issue sometimes. I try to load various commodities onto flatcars as steam rollers, bulldozers, trailers, pallets or containers.

Sometimes half the load overhangs either end of the flatcar: the load won't center itself on the car.

How is this corrected?

Ideally this will have to be done by the original content creator - the person that made the flatcar since he's the one that places the attachment point which holds the commodity to the flatcar so that it doesn't remaining floating in the air like it has anti-gravity powers when the train pulls away.

The alternative is to add another attachment point using PEV's Attachment Maker utility. For that you'll need to ask for help on, or perhaps someone else can chip in because that's not something I am familiar with.

Put the load in a queue with "max 1" as that will have the attachment point in the middle. You currently put it in a queue with max 9, so it will use 9 attachment points, starting at one on the outside.

Think, young grashopper, think.

Thanks, OK, it really works. The steam roller now gets centered on the car as it should be. I suppose Max 2 should be used if I want to load an 89-foot TTX trailer car that holds two 45-foot trailers so the trailers don't hang over the ends as well.

Well, actually, TTX TOFC trailers don't load well manually. The Instant Load driver command works best for these choosing the best size trailers to fit these cars at random. These are piggy-back flatcars with "5th wheels" at either end for the trailer kingpins to engage when loaded. The 89-footers hold up to two trailers.
