I can't log in to MyTrainz to TRS2019/TRS2022

Hi, my name is Nouriel, I'm the video creator. I registered my MyTrainz account, and after I logged into my game, it said "MyTrainz Authentication failed". I just logged in with login information matched up but it refuses to log me.

Is there any ideal to solve with methods to log in easily? I can't connect to my MyTrainz account. I hope someone solves them. Or maybe it's a server maintenance causing a problem...

Whoops... Sorry, I meant I don't have TRS2022 purchased from Steam. I just have the TRS 2019 game. So, thanks also!

Your account name and password for all versions of Trainz (TRS19/TRS22/Trainz Plus. etc) are exactly the same as your username and password for this forum, which you obviously logged into to post the above message.

If the username and password you use for this forum is not working in TRS19/22 then send a message to the HelpDesk - the Support link at the top of this page.
