Right click > extract to "..." will create a folder with the same name as the archive. Eg. Train.zip goes into a new folder called Train.
Right click > extract here will extract all contents into the dir that the archive resides in, so Train.zip comes right out as Train.cdp or whatever.
These are the two most useful features, I find.
Also, you can drag files directly out of 7zip into wherever you wish. Useful if you only need, say, 1 file in an archive containing several dozen.
