How to set the Surveyor filter to clear on entering Surveyor

Just a minor issue.

When I invoke TS2010 Suveyor, the filter defaults to five-star assets.

I can manually clear it for this invocation of Surveyor, but it's back to five-star assets the next time I invoke Surveyor.

Is there a way to (1) clear the filter, (2) have the filter remain cleared on the next invocation of Surveyor?

When Trainz opens after selecting it in the Launcher, click the Main Menu box in upper left and select Options - Surveyor Settings. Then scroll down to the bottom and uncheck the Only display favorites content box.
