How to reinstall back up trainz routes

Today I experienced a serious error, the game's CD Key was wiped clean after I had to force shutdown, by taking out the battery from the computer(the shutdown button was not doing it's job of turning the computer on or off) After this I had to renter the cd key but I lost all of my route's. How do I restore the routes?

I would suggest running an extended database repair. You will have to re-enter in your CD-Key and your Planet Auran password again. Hopefully you'll have your routes back. In addition when you enter into Trainz its self, you will have to clear the star to hide the favorited items.

Now, if you removed your battery, you are going to have to resetup your system BIOS parameters including the possibly the date and time.

This is why I suggest having a full backup of your data. With a backup you can always just copy your Auran/Ts12 folder back in overwriting the current install, and restoring the data from the backup.
