How to preview sub-parts of procedural tracks in CM?

Content Manager (CM) can display previews of tracks of KIND procedural-track. However, it can't display components such as the sleepers, chairs and rails as individual assets, even though they are of KIND procedural-track too. The preview window opens, but it's just blank.

Why is that? Is there a way to force CM to display these assets? It would certainly help when making or modifying procedural tracks.

Dunno, but I am also curious why it can't display products and trains objects and things either. They all have images, right?

Regarding KIND product assets, it's quite schizophrenic. CM can preview some and not others, but I can't figure out what the deciding factor is.

e.g. these 2 commodities

As for track objects, of the ones I have made (mostly vehicles for road traffic) all are visible in CM's asset preview.
