How to fix payware(not active) on Content Manager

I recently started playing Trainz:ANE again after my exams have finished and I noticed that I have more faulty addons than I left with and when I scrolled through dependencies I saw that the Healsville sessions and content that were built into the game were faulty because <kuid2:404079:1020:3> VR Bogie Tender E-spec - 2 - (TS09) was "Payware(not active), this resulted in <kuid2:103475:75:2> having missing dependencies. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

First make sure you are connected to the network and your My Trainz account is able to access the servers. If not, well that's your problem.

If you are connected, but still get the error you need to delete the packages folders, run a database repair, and then pick Download purchased items from the Launcher file menu.
