Of course this is the stated position and I'm sure is what N3V staff intend in good faith. However, in the real world when companies enter administration, the first the staff usually know about it is when they're locked out of the building and out of the computer systems. The Administrators' duty is to secure all of the company's assets for potential resale, including the IT systems, and I assume that DRM will count as an 'asset' to be secured (ie. the intellectual property that can be sold on to a buyer).
So I think we'd better all hope that N3V continue for many years as a going concern!
