To One,s that been there and done that.
In Trainz 09 most of the routes offering working fine,but some have either driving thru pile of grass or something that should not have been on the rail track.Few others routes have have other minor problem,not that I much care,but few present a no inside loco option,meaning no cab option.Maybe it was discuss earlier or none of the experts mention that to a Auran.
Q. is,as I looked at my build#,there were no fixes?sp for it.Any help would be appreciated.

TS2009 VERSION 3 BUILD38869.
My other q. is about Jointed rail.From my limited understanding what is offered there, are the more realistic quality locos,and that about it,am I correct? If anyone may explain a bit more on this subject.When and if I either download or install JRail,is it easy to incorporate them into TZ 09 @ 10?

Yes, JointedRail puts out some extremely high quality payware and freeware. I've bought many of their products and downloaded almost all of their freeware. You have to learn some of the keys to activate special features like ditchlights, beacons, etc. I think if you search their forums or even these ones you'll find what you need. They to excellent work.

The content arrives as CDP files so simply double-clicking on them should suffice; importing them through CMP's Import CDP function is also another option.
