The Asset Creation section of the Trainz wikibook also has information on this subject. I guess it's obvious that a trestle will be a type of railway bridge so you'll need to concentrate on that area.

Aren't you the guy who was going to sell CD's filled wth your own routes and assets, including rare locomotives for $500? Surely with your vast experience you should be able to create a trestle blindfolded?
