How do you add trains through portals?

i have been looking for a rule that adds the trains through the portals. i've been through the internet portal also and it didn't take me anyware. any suggestions?

Hi,
Hope I,m understanding the question. You don,t need a rule. Just lay your portal, highlight the properties icon and left click on the portal. Just follow the menus that appear.

There is the central portal control by sforget which alows a central place to place consist for all portals.
