I want to know if portals can send trains from one route to another, Like having a yard on one route where the train is assembled and a portal a little bit down the mainline from the yard which sends the train to another route that continues the mainline to the trains destination. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible to use iportals using TRS22? I understood that they only work with Tane

Yes you can use them in TRS22! i use them all the time to move freight cars between routes on my own PC In TRS22... Doesn't matter how long the train is as i have had trains over 100 cars in length sent to other routes on my PC with No issues at all...

Oh! This is very nice! I didn't use the iportals since years
iPortals are the bee's knees as they say. They can be a bit of a brain twister when setting them up, but once they're in place a whole empire can be created without merging many routes together. I have a 320km route plus iPortals connected to it. I've had the session running for several hours on the big route then the next day continue the consists on their way on various connecting routes.
