How do I recover my password (new email AD not recognised)

Hi,Im hoping someone in the office will help me here.Yeah, well that didn't work.Please delete the thread.It appears that nothing has changed

Hi,Im hoping someone in the office will help me here.I have been away from the site for some 2 years and I don't remember my password.The current system says provide your email AD and away we go!!! Great except that my old email AD no longer exists,so therefor the system doesn't work in that situation.My user name is aussierusti and my old email was * Deleted * My new and current email is *deleted* .Can some one please rectify this for me. Thank you

Firstly edit your post and remove the email address before the spammers get hold of it.

You need to contact the help desk, no one else can help you on here. They will sort you out.

Your new account will have automatically been setup to have access to all of our pages, including the helpdesk. So as to not disclose private details on the forums, you will need to contact our helpdesk using your new account and we will then be able to assist you.
