How do I fix missing bogeys?

When I try downloading any engine or rolling stock from DLS, the bogeys go missing, but, they still show in dependencies, and there aren't any errors. This prevents them from being placed on the tracks,
I've tried doing a database repair, but, that didn't resolve the problem, reinstalling assets didn't work either.
This problem is affecting my custom assets as well, here's a link with two pictures I took,
to compare an older custom asset with a newer one in asset preview.

If the bogeys are unknown, and no one can steer you to them, what I usually do is find a similar loco or hopper or boxcar or whatever, and look at the dependencies to see what bogeys it uses. Then I edit the config.txt file of the one with missing bogeys and change them to that kuid. Don't forget to also change the KUIDs in the KUID table at the bottom of the file.

These bogeys aren't unknown, they are named in the dependencies list, but for some reason they don't show up in preview or in surveyor. I suspect this could be a bug with the recent service pack, but, I don't know for sure.

From your earlier thread on this topic at https://forums.auran.com/trainz/showthread.php?167039 you seem to be tho only one having this issue. I have installed some of the locos that you listed as having missing bogies and all appear with their bogies, another poster reported the same result. If it is a bug then it is not present in the build version we are using.

One thing you did not mention in your previous thread was the build number of your TRS19. Perhaps that may be part of the problem.

Failing that the only suggestion I can make is to put in a helpdesk request.
