You will not be able to delete things that are on the download station itself (although you can delete the copies of the assets that are on your system), however you can create newer versions of the assets and upload these to obsolete the older ones.
Only N3V are able to remove assets from the Download Station which they will only do under specific circumstances like violations of their terms of service.
