Hotfix patch not installing to Trainz 12 v4829

Keep getting a message that says Trainz installation is out of date, but the auto-updater fails to patch it. It says to manually download patch... which I've done, and it says it cannot apply the patch to my version of Trainz. Can someone please tell me what's going on?

If you could post the version number of TS12, this will help us with your patching issue. This number is found after you start the program, and it appears in the lower right hand corner.

He's probably trying to update 48249 to 49922. The patcher needs to be run as an administrator. If you still cannot patch your copy of Trainz, give us the exact error message.

Probably so. I'm pretty brain dead and got a phone call in the middle of the post. Thanks for picking up the detail on this, Scott.
