Hi
I have a problem with an ore wagon that will load but not unload except by Instant Unload
I am using the Ore Unloader Basic and have checked this is working by using another wagon
Wagon with problem
Kuid 73150 101810
WA Gonian Built
I am thinking could there be a problem in the config file as this seems to be the only possibility?

A few questions that may help to solve this problem.

Which version of Trainz are you using? Posting the version build number (bottom left of the Launcher Window) would be very helpful.

How is the industry where you are unloading the wagon configured? Is it set to consume <kuid:73150:101809> Iron ore or something else? Is its starting product level set to a low level (so that it will immediately start unloading the product) or at a high level with a very low consumption level (which will stop or slow the unloading)?

I can see nothing wrong with the asset config.txt file.

Unloader only unloads Ore

Wagon in question can take bulk load as well as Ore but is loaded with ore

Have tried unloading with different wagon successfully so this would rule out the Unloader as the problem

The problem seems to be with the wagon not the Unloader

I know you said you didn't find anything wrong with the config file but what else would stop the wagon unloading

Have tried unloading on various tracks and the problem persists with this wagon only

That particular wagon ...

<kuid:73150:101810> WA Goninan Built 'aerodynamic' 5Cr12Ti Iron Ore Car unit A

... comes with just one product installed in its product queue and it is a dependency of that wagon. It would have been downloaded and installed when the wagon was downloaded and installed from the DLS. The product is ...

<kuid:73150:101809> Iron ore

That is the product that has to be loaded and unloaded at the industry assets it uses. The commodity unloaded at the unloader should be "Iron ore", not "Ore".

I am loading at onesteel whyalja Iron Ore Mine
Kuid 211014 100998
loading Iron Ore
Unloading at Iron Ore Drop Off Basic
Kuid 86311 45051

Fro what you are saying it looks as though I am loading the right product but the
Unloader wants to unload another ore
or the Unloader I chose does not unload the right product
Would it matter that the config file says for use with Iron Ore Unloader super basic
and I am using Iron ore drop off basic?

Hi there,

That pioneer veteran asset is mine. Let me check what happens with the ore product you are using, which seems to be <kuid:73150:101809> Iron ore.

BTW, I have my own ore product which works fine with my unloaders. ;) It's packaged in TRS Plus (and 22?)

which works together with my IBTZ Ore Mine...

And also an overhead loader which works with it.

The reddish mineral side of Alberte ;)

Ok. Let's see.

My original pioneer Iron Ore Drop Off Basic with my original script only works with <kuid2:30671:9260111:4> Iron ore by Lars Ljungberg, packaged in TRS Plus.

If you want to keep working with <kuid:73150:101809> Iron ore by NSWGR_46class, you need to download my new version for that product (link below)

If you want other possibilities, I insist on:

Thanks for this information
Now I might have neglected to mention that I tried loading the same product in a BHP Pilbara Ore wagon and was loading fine
It also unloaded on this same Unloader that I mentioned so looking at this logically this rules out a problem with the product Loader and Unloader
which leaves the wagon
Could there be a problem with the Config file? I know how to look at the file but haven't a clue what to change if needed

I have checked the loader kuid 211014 100998
Unloader kuid 86311 4505301
and WA Ore. wagon 73150 101810
All handle the same product so the only solution is a problem with the wagon
I have changed consists to the BHP Pilbara wagons as there is no problem loading the same product
The only problem is I need more wagons to give the equivalent load

increase this to carry a larger load.
