Hi how do I go about asked for reskinning certain items on TR12

I'm busy with making some routes for South Africa. The problem is I can't build a model so I asked for how to obtain certain items on download station that can't be reskinned (3.7, 3.6 etc.) due to no tga or other kind of files that is not there.

Need to know what route to follow to get this permission.
I already obtained permission from Vulcan to reskin his models.

Contact him directly, tell him the situation and see if he can send you the files directly or adjust so you can reskin.
