it is getting rather annoying as am trying to ajust what i want to carry on my wagons and the frigging thing wont let me and there is no list of available products when the popup windows does open ... i have tried reinstalling 3 times and to no avail ... i am about to kick this game to the kirb and that also goes for the other trainz products that i have as well ... that will be my last resort if no one can help me here on this site ... thanks for your time

If the available products popup window is empty you may have a product kuid that is faulty. I know I did when I had this problem. Open CM and set the Search Action Panel parameters to Category - Commodity + Location Local + Builtin - False. Check all for errors or missing dependencies. If you find any problems, fix or delete.

I tried to find the thread about this one. It was quite some time ago. There are perhaps two product items that cause problems causing a similar message. I will keep looking. Didn't happen in 2010. only 06 and 09.

This appears to be a faulty or missing script file within the product file. It will have a .gs or .gse file extension. As Bob stated "fix or delete".

hi .. just wanted to let you all know that i went and installed my trs 09 ... added all my downloads and had no problem ... i now think that there was something wrong with my trs 06 version of trainz so have put it away for now ... am sticking to trs 09 from now on ... cheers guys and gals for all help given

i was getting that problem until i installed 2009, and removed 2004, 2006 and tc3

i was trying to change the type of cargo that each train was to carry but not any more

Same Problem But I Fixed It

I was in Surveyor tonight and clicked on a railcar using the ? icon to display its loads. I clicked on the + symbol to add a product to this car and got the same message robin_nisbet had gotten and the Products: window was displayed but it was blank. I had successfully done this not long ago so I knew it was a recent occurance. I ran the query suggested by rweber95 and discovered that a product fairly new to the DLS (Rusty Rebar - 40ft - Load, kuid:447922:1084, by AAR) that I downloaded on Sep 3 had an error in it. The error message didn't seem serious and I cleaned it up so that the asset no longer showed to be in error. Still, I had the same problems. So, I deleted this asset. That solved the problem and my Products listing now appears fully populated with the products and no error messages. I'm using TRS2006 in case anyone needs to know that.
