Hi
My TS12 routes and main menu have somehow got corrupted. The route Wilmington-Philadelphia shows I have lost all the rolling stock. The engines and rolling stock (tab 7 ) all appear in red.
Has I had previously backed up via win 7 I thought just restore it and everything should be ok. But no luck everything appeared as before.
Where are the routes saved? and is there anyway I can get it all working again?

First check your layers in surveyor. You could be looking at the route layer when the rollingstock is on the session layer. If that does not fix the problem open CMP and do a full database repair. The full database repair is required after restoring from a backup too.

Have you run an EDR? first thing you should do when there is a problem. File > Extended Database Repair, may take a long time but let it finish.
There are backup folders in your userdata folder as well if you haven't disabled them, run an EDR first though, as it appears that as restoring a backup didn't work that the problem is with your install / database not the route.
Routes along with everything else are stored in the Local and Original hash folders, best not to go anywhere near them as it you may make things worse.
 
I concur. Please do an EDR before you try anything else. It may take awhile, but it's worth it.

I have done an EDR but no luck. Is there anything else I can do apart from reinstalling and losing all the custom made sessions.
 
Followed all the instructions but didn't work. Is there away of getting the original route back from the TS12 download.
